    Xbox Auto Shutdown? 01-15-20 5:35p


    Need some help and hopefully this can be seen by a support/technical staff member.

    In the middle of playing Halo2 with the improved graphics and my Xbox just randomly shuts down? I noticed some frame drops then it froze and ended up shutting down.

    Is there a reason for this? I currently have a Xbox one X (about 1-2 years old) in a open space entertainment center.

    Any solution is much appreciated! Thanks

    Xbox One connects to the internet, but it doesnt connect.

    Try a complete shutdown of the console. While it is shutdown, turn off your router/modem for 5-10 minutes then turn it back on. Wait for about 15 minutes and then restart the Xbox. Is the Xbox connecting wirelessly or with a wired connection? Under your
    network settings, check the connection to Xbox Live.

    I still love Halo 3 co-op campaign. Havent played the H3 mp in many years. You are correct. Halo Reach has quite a bit more players than Halo 3. In fact Halo 3 is not even in the top 20 most recent played games on live anymore according to majornelson. .
