Xbox Assist menu change order in recent update

Have you tried opening the Xbox Assist app through the System tab on the Guide menu below Settings?

Have you also tried a
soft factory reset?

Have you downloaded the recent April system update that was released yesterday?

Also if you didn't know, you can actually view your order history by going online to
account.microsoft.com/orders and that could be an alternative until this is solved.

Let us know specifically what steps you've tried with Microsoft Support and if your console is up to date.

Depending on the game it probably has auto assist on.

This can usually be changed in the paused menu of the game or the settings menu and then controls.

I had to change the audio settings in the DVD Title menu in order to fix a sync issue for my xBox One.

Also I have noticed that you have Black Ops II. The recent update made it available for players to live stream their gameplay on either twitch.tv or youtube. This method will not require a capture card. In order to do this, you will need to select "Live
Stream" under the Xbox Live multiplayer menu and link either your youtube or twitch.tv account.

It states that:
To change or verify this setting and set this option on your Xbox Live account, please follow the steps below:

1. From the Xbox Main main menu, select the Settings menu.

2. In the Settings menu, choose Privacy, then Change Settings, then Customize, then scroll down and select Member Content.

3. The Member Content setting must be set to Everyone in order for you to view, join, or create a Squad.
