Xbox apps, games, etc. aren't loading

Discus and support Xbox apps, games, etc. aren't loading in XboX Insiders to solve the problem; I've tried power consoling it, same issue I've restarted the console many times even unplugged it multiple times, still the same issues it's been like...     Xbox apps, games, etc. aren't loading


    I've tried power consoling it, same issue I've restarted the console many times even unplugged it multiple times, still the same issues it's been like this for at least two days now it keeps saying to report a problem but it won't open the app itself and I finally found somewhere to put feedback for help. Any app or game won't open, it'll be on the loading screen for a while then say it has a problem with opening. I select report a problem then it just sends me back to the home page it won't even allow me to open the settings because the same issue resolves. I've tried everything I can that the Xbox website has told me to and nothing has been working at all HELP

    Hey PPRLRicciardo,

    You said your messages aren't loading on the Xbox app, but are they loading on the Xbox? Can you see them on Xbox.com?

    Hi, I would recommend you to see if the path to save the app has not moved elsewhere. In case I would also tell you to try if the Xbox Beta app does the same thing

    Depending on the phone type as well, you may need to check compatibility and check for updates.
