    Try changing your resolution on the TV, if that doesn't work, maybe resetting factory settings on the TV? If that doesn't work then it's your TV, and not the Xbox.

    Hi,

    On your Xbox 360 try to go to your Xbox Video application and refresh your purchase history.

    From your dashboard go to TV & Movies > Xbox Video > My Videos > Account Management > Press "X" to refresh your purchase history.

    You may need to back out of the application and back into it and try again if it doesn't work the first time. See if that brings up all of the episodes in the season pass.

    unfortunately it doesn't work with all tvs, i have two tvs and one connects with the xbox the other doesn't.

    Hi,

    Have you tried to refresh your purchase history within the Xbox Video application? If not, you may want to do that, it's shown to solve this sort of issue. You may have to do it a couple of times if it doesn't work the first time around.

    From your dashboard go to TV & Movies > Xbox Video > My Videos > Account Management > Press "X" to refresh your purchase history.

    If it doesn't show up the first time, try to back out of the application totally to the dashboard, then going back in and trying again.
