I have the same issue. The MCC app got stuck in a wierd "has Update" but wont update loop. Xbox app can't launch the game. So I uninstalled it and tried reinstalling it. The uninstall didn't free up the disk space, the reinstall wouldn't complete, just says
installing. I tried in MS Store app, the install doesn't even start downloading before it errors out with a "0x803FB107" error. Tried a number of things, not getting closer to a solution. The Outer Worlds wont even launch either...

I would try and uninstall the App and reinstall.

I am having the same problem. I tried playing a cd and it wouldn't recognize it. I tried uninstalling and then reinstalling the app. Even at 100%, the app wouldn't load. I uninstalled it again and tried to "purchase" it again from the store, but it isn't
available to download or "buy"

I'm having the exact same issue. Was it ever resolved? I've tried uninstalling the game and uninstalling the xbox game pass and reinstalling it. I'm not impressed with this game service and would never pay more than a buck for it. The one game I want worked
for like 7 hours of game play, then it wouldn't launch, then it wouldn't reinstall.
