Xbox app wouldn't run - uninstalled now won't install

Same here. Rewards app wouldn't open, so thought I would uninstall and reinstall it. Now it won't install. Says it is in the install queue and it isn't.

There goes my 40 week run! Thanks Microsoft. The UI beggars belief on the Series X. So bad.

This worked for me.

Xbox app would open but never load into the hud. Uninstalled it and it wouldn't re-install.

This fixed it.

Stuff has been playing up since an armoury crate update. That won't install either. Now to fix that.

If you uninstall an app from you console, it won't run in the background. It will o ly apper as "ready to install" but you won't get acced to it, and it won't acced to your console.

I'm having the same issue the app wouldn't work so I Uninstaller it now I cannot re install it for some reason

I've run windows update, i've checked both windows store and xbox app for updates, i've tried uninstalling, repairing and resetting the app. Nothing has worked. If i uninstall and reinstall - my installed games will load in the menu, but when i check for install location nothing is there and it won't let me select it. If i go out of the app and go back in it then goes back to the previous issue.
