Xbox App Wont Recognise Gamepass PC Subscription

I can't get the Xbox PC app to recognize that I have a Game Pass subscription. It asks me to buy a new subscription even though the order history page shows i already have it. I already signed in and
out but it doesn't work.(Including the Microsoft Store) i can launch a few Games That i have installed (Forza 4, Gears Of war, Halo Wars)previously but some i cant (Doom Eternal, Cluster Truck, TABS, Minecraft Dungeons)

Hello !

Before everything, check through the Microsoft Store if a new update is available for the Xbox app for PC. Be sure to click on "Get Updates" if nothing happens.

You can also check for a new Windows 10 update.

Sometimes, such problems with your account recognition can be related with the Xbox Identity Provider. Check that it is properly installed on your computer, if not, you can get it via the Microsoft Store.

So I just reset Windows on my machine. And I still get this issue.

For anyone that experiences this, here's the issue.

There seemed to be an issue with processing my payment, for whatever reason.

I followed these directions from
this thread.

Contact us here
Select Xbox One
Select See other options
Select Payment & billing under Account management
Select show contact options and go to step 4
Select "Request a call from Support" if available within hours of operation or there should be a number for you to call and hours of operation for your region if a callback option is not available

But instead of a call, I just did the online chat. The person I spoke to fixed it on their end and in a few minutes everything was fixed.

Same for me on console. And no response for help from the xbox overlords
