    Xbox app won't load messages it just keeps loading ?


    every thing on the app works except when u click on your messages it just goes to a black loading screen and never loads sometimes when u try and click on something else after the messages screen won't load it freezes the entire app other times everything
    else goes into a black loading screen. My friend and I both are gaveling the same issue on two different networks and two different divides we have uninstalled the app multiple times ,reset routers, sighted in and out and still the issues remains ? Please
    help

    Messages won't load

    My messages won't load, they will just keep loading and loading for hours and nothing, not even in the app, console or website. Help.

    Xbox Insider Hub Stuck loading since it got released......

    So since Xbox insider hub app got released it keeps loading forever with a black screen en green loading ring i let it on for hours but keeps loading i removed the app etc i resetted my console to factory settings etc but it won't work

    Exact same for me since the last update. MS doesn't seem to care as there are multiple postings on this.

    Also, as stated before, I can send messages on my Xbox One just fine.

    This morning I logged into the Xbox app with a separate gamertag, and the messages won't load on that gamertag either.

    I then logged into that separate gamertag and went to Xbox.com, and the messages loaded.

    Hot. Mess.

    I have gone through all of these steps as well and my phone app is now worthless. According to the ratings on the store, many others are having the same issue. It all started with the 4/13 app update.

    I'm having the same issue. I literally can't get anything to load. Tried the xbox app, won't sign in. Tried the xbox companion app, just sits there and spins. Can't load into any games like Minecraft because of it.
