    Sorry to hear you're facing the same problem(I'm on Windows 10 as well). The new Xbox App version improves the issue somewhat I think when you restart you don't have to reset anymore.

    If the game is in your library you won't lose it. Try downloading from other devices like the Xbox mobile app or from your computer. Check on the game page and the download. Also try restarting the modem and updating the IP
