Xbox app won’t let me switch accounts

Hey so I wanted to put this here to help people since I couldn’t find it anywhere from the support people. But if you have this problem use your controller and hit the Xbox button or do whatever you have to to open the companion app. Go to setting and account and log out from there. That is what’s causing you to auto sign in and not let you switch. Hope this helps.

I am very sorry for the mishap you are going through, Select My games and applications > Show all. Go to Apps and select the Xbox Avatar Editor app. Select an avatar, then customize it however you want.

This is a simple solution, if it doesn't give you good results I can give you another one to verify the solution.

I’m having the same issue. Told me to connect to Xbox live but it won’t connect. I am connected to the internet because the other apps work. Can’t contact Xbox because their virtual assistant is a nightmare and freezes up.

So I tried to remove my account and re add it, but now it won’t even let me add an account back to the Xbox. Now I can’t use any apps. Basically stuck.
