If yes, are you on Windows 10 or 11?
Can you double check if your SSD is already formatted as NTFS?
Open file explorer > my computer > Right-click on the drive > properties

If yes, which troubleshooting steps you have done so far to fix this problem
In that way I can advise you different things or how to proceed

Error Code was 0x80073d13 and there is no way to ask for support with the pc app.
