    Xbox App won't get past the green loading screen with the loading animation


    I can't get into my Xbox App. The green background with loading animation just continues running endlessly.

    I have tried going into the Settings and Resetting the app, but that did not work. The Uninstall button is grayed out and not clickable either and apps don't show up for uninstall under Programs and Features.

    Xbox stuck on spinning wheel

    Xbox is stuck loading (spinning wheel) once past the screen with Xbox logo and green background. I've tried hard resetting multiple times but it won't get past the spinning wheel...

    Xbox Insider Hub Stuck loading since it got released......

    So since Xbox insider hub app got released it keeps loading forever with a black screen en green loading ring i let it on for hours but keeps loading i removed the app etc i resetted my console to factory settings etc but it won't work

    Thanks for the reply! I recommend trying a
    power cycle
     (disconnect and re-connect power) of the console.

    If the problem persists, try doing a
    soft factory reset of the console,
    Reset and keep games and apps to help reset the operating system. Please note before doing this troubleshooting step, make sure to know your email and passwords for your Xbox profiles.

    Try this out and let us know the results.
