XBOX APP WON'T DOWNLOAD TO PC FOR EVERY ONE

Currently the app works fine and continues to receive updates, if you are unable to install it, follow these steps:

All of these steps may take some time to complete.

1. Open Windows PowerShell (Administrator).

2. Copy and paste these commands execute them by pressing Enter, you must do this for each one.

- sfc /scannow

- DISM.exe /Online /Cleanup-image /Scanhealth

- DISM.exe /Online /Cleanup-image /Restorehealth

3. In the Windows browser type "wsreset" and run that app.

This will open the Microsoft Store, wait a few seconds and close it.

Restart the PC.

Hello everyone,

I have a lot of issues with the Xbox App lately. Every time I restart my PC the app is broken, it won't launch unless I reinstall it. The problem is that if I was downloading a game before reinstalling the app, the game won't launch when finished downloading.

You can add to that various crashs with other game store apps since the last Windows 10 update and freezes during a restart of the PC.

Is there anybody with the same problems ?

Xbox One games run on the bespoke Xbox One OS not in Windows. You won't be able to buy a typical PC game and download it on your console. It won't work like that. However, we could get to see Windows 8/10 apps and games that are available via the Windows
Store also running on the Xbox One platform.

Another update, while my IP won't be out here until Thursday, I had a PC update and now my Microsoft Store won't download apps there either. So it seems to be the Microsoft Store on both Xbox and PC.

Your screenshot looks like it is from a mobile device. You need to download it to a PC or Xbox. The phone won't give you the option to download since it is not a mobile app.
