xbox app wont change my profile picture

Hello ArionySalazar, I don't know what type of image you're trying to put on your profile, but when you upload it and automatically scan it through the system, not only for content but the size and format.

If you're having trouble updating through the Xbox App, try it through the Xbox website.

To do this log in to the site with your account, and then click again on the image from the top right corner and choose "Xbox Profile" on the next page click on "Customize", then on the next page click on "Change gamerpic"

having the same issue where nothing is changing, I tried changing my menu colour and then pfp then when I saved only the colour changed while usually the pfp changes. For me at least the pfp changes nearly instantly after saving it but usually only others get to see it when it's fully gone through the system.
