Xbox App will not open showing error code 0x80070057

Hello,

I downloaded the gaming services repair tool and ran it, a few times even, but still whenever I open the Xbox App it gets stuck on "Xbox App is being launched" then opens a seperate window showing the Error: "Couldnt sign into Xbox Live" with the Error Code (0x80070057)

Please run system repair commands by opening Command Prompt as Administrator and run the following commands one by one:

DISM /Online /Cleanup-Image /ScanHealth

DISM /Online /Cleanup-Image /CheckHealth

DISM /Online /Cleanup-image /RestoreHealth

SFC /scannow

These commands will scan and repair any corrupted system files.

And then reset the Microsoft Store cache. To do this, press Windows + R, type wsreset, and hit Enter.

Next is to reinstall gaming services. Open PowerShell as Administrator and run:

get-appxpackage Microsoft.GamingServices | remove-AppxPackage -allusers

start ms-windows-store://pdp/?productid=9MWPM2CQNLHN

This will remove and reinstall the Xbox Gaming Services.

Then check storage space. Make sure that your primary drive has enough free space, as insufficient storage can trigger this error.

If the issue persist after performing the troubleshooting steps, kindly install Xbox app on your primary hard drive instead.

On a new dell venue 8 pro and can't install Microsoft solitaire.

Tried the app troubleshooter and resetting the store and syncing the app licenses--no luck. What is happening here?
