Xbox App Videos / Pictures

Hello, I tried it, still the same Issue, now I looked on Xbox in the Xbox Network and there are my pictures uploaded. On Phone and Tablet still no pictures. I heard from other people that they have the same problem, so it can't be something with my Xbox Account. I think that it has something to do with the App.

Forgot to mention: I do get a verification both on Xbox and in the App that the picture uploaded

Hi, I hope you're doing great out there despite the issue that you're experiencing. I am an Independent advisor and I am here to help you in regards to your concern.

Please make sure to delete them both on Xbox App and on the Xbox console. Better if on Xbox console.

Press the Xbox button to open the guide.

Go to Capture & share, and then select Recent captures > Show all.

Select On the Xbox network in the first dropdown box.

Select the clip you want to delete.

Press the A button, and then select Delete.

Also, please perform an extended powercycle and reset your network hardware.

1. Unplug the power cable from the back of the router, modem, or gateway for 5 minutes. If you have a router and a modem, unplug the power cable from both devices.

2. Press and hold the Xbox button on your console for 10 seconds or until it turns off then wait for 2 minutes before turning it on again.

3. After 5 minutes, plug the modem or gateway in first, and wait for all the lights to return to their normal state.

4. If you are using a router, plug in the router and wait for all the lights to return to their normal state.

Sign out and sign back in on your Xbox App to see if that fixes the issue.

That's because the OneDrive App for the console doesn't allow offline storage.

If you wish to have videos and pictures available offline, you should copy them on an external USB drive on your PC, and then attach that drive to your console.

Then you can use the Media Player app on the console to watch videos and pictures from that drive.

Might I add I can watch YouTube videos in the highest picture quality with no lag the issue is only in the download speed and Xbox store/ certain apps.

The Xbox One doesn't directly pass through the HDMI signal. It always "intercepts" everything coming in from the HDMI in port and processes it.

Since the original idea was to have TV and games "picture in picture", the Xbox takes the video signal, and processes it to be included with the TV app on the console and then outputs it via it's own video signal to the TV.

Since the original Xbox One isn't 4K capable, you will not get 4K from your cable box if you run it through the original Xbox One.
