Xbox App Unavailable to Install?

Try create a new user account with administrative privileges and try installing the app from there.

Open the Windows Start menu and click on "Settings."

Click on "Accounts."

Click on "Family & other users" or "Other users," depending on your version of Windows.

Click on "Add someone else to this PC" or "Add someone else to this device."

Choose "I don't have this person's sign-in information" if you want to create a new Microsoft account, or "Add a user without a Microsoft account" if you want to create a local account.

Fill in the requested information to create the new account.

Once the account is created, you can log in to the new profile from the Windows Start menu or the Windows lock screen.

Same problem here, tried uninstalling and hard reset, app is unavailable to play or install

exact same problem here. unavailable for over a week. deleted and re-installed the app 10 times, nothing works.
