Xbox App unable to start or join a party error code 0x80072EFF

ive had this problem for over a month now with no help from either Xbox support or Windows 10 support none of there advice has helped with fixing this problem, im getting the message We are unable to connect to xbox live at the moment - the service may be
down [0x80072EFF] is there any help to be found as this pretty much messes up my setup.

ive used both the normal and the beta app and im unable to start or join a party chat now all i get is a error code [0x80072eff] its been a problem for over a week now.

 

How do you fix error code 0x89234013?

I've already watched that video and it shows how to fix it on an Xbox one console. I'm getting this error on a computer through the Xbox app while trying to join a friend's party or they join mine. I can talk and it shows I am talking while I'm in a party by myself, but if anyone else is in the party I get the error code.

Sorry to hear you're experiencing this. Have you gone through the standard troubleshooting like deleting your profile and re-adding it, or installing the Xbox (beta) app and seeing if the issue reproduces there?

If you're still experiencing this, can you please submit feedback using the Xbox (beta) app by selecting the Feedback option from the menu dropdown in the top left corner? This will allow us to do a more thorough investigation with data from your PC.

ive spoken to both xbox support and windows 10 support via online chat and nothing they have brought up has fixed this problem ive gone through all the troubleshooting ideas and still nothing, and ive put in several feedbacks via the app and for over a month
now nothing has been done.

Well ive managed to fix it myself without any help from windows or xbox support as neither of you could figure out this problem. it seems to be a bug between windows updates and the windows 10 store so in order to fix this i had to go into Network & Internet
> Proxy > at the bottom click internet options > Advanced tab > reset internet explorer settings and the moment ive done this the xbox app works perfectly fine. Very disappointing that actual actual paid support workers could not figure this problem out!
