Xbox App Totally Broken on PC - Any Help?

Hiya,

My Xbox app is totally broken, I've tried reinstalling it, removing and reinstalling game services, and even reinstalling windows - i've tried everything i can find out there but my xbox app still can't see the game pass games i have or install new ones, and still says that there was a problem loading installation locations. I'm currently paying monthly for a service that just isn't working as of current and am clearly not the only one with this issue on PC. Any fix would be greatly appreciated!

Im having the same problem. Ive deleted it, reinstalled, updated, deleted and reinstalled it again.

All it says is "Gaming Services runs this"

**** IS GAMING SERVICES I THOUGHT THE GAME PASS WOULD JUST **** WORK LIKE A CONSOLE WHY DO YOU HAVE TO **** ABOUT!!!

Seriously Microsoft, were paying you for this **** and ive just spent over a day trying to **** install fallout before i go and bin myself off and i cant even **** play that

Yes I'm sure that I do. It says very clearly on the offer page: "Unlimited access to over 100 high-quality PC games"

Support hasn't been any help here. I've just been told to reinstall the app, which I've tried to no avail.

I realize this is a beta so issues are to be expected, but the experience is totally broken for me (and probably others) and so far I can't get any help at all. Even the page for reporting and issue and asking for a refund are broken too... It would be great
if someone could escalate this to the development team; it seems like a bug.

Exact same issue. I have tried removing and reinstalling gaming services and the Xbox app several times and my windows is totally up to date. None of it helps, it's totally broken - sort of makes having a games pass pointless. Pretty sure I will not be renewing!

I am truly sorry to know about your experience, but the best option would be to get in touch with our online chat support to get your issue resolved. Access Contact us | Xbox Support, follow the instructions after clicking on the green button "Contact us" and choose to get help from an online chat agent. Make sure the region on the support website is set to your correct region in order not to find issues with the steps.
