Xbox App Teredo is unable to qualify

Discus and support Xbox App Teredo is unable to qualify in XBoX on Windows to solve the problem; I have tried every thing in the recommended section to try fix it to no avail.     Hi Vladimir,

    Thanks for replying to keep us updated. If you're unable to connect to the Xbox server as a result of the Teredo not being able to qualify and you've previously attempted
    all of the solutions that were provided by XBF George via the links he gave you, then you may wish to take a look at the earlier posts that I researched and found from our Windows 10 forums as it may be helpful (I'm placing the link below.).

    Hi TermedAura,

    I stream on Mixer and use the xbox app alot to talk to my friends on xbox. Whenever I get this issue I have to restart my whole computer to refresh it. I have done all the steps listed on powershell with the scripts. I also went above and beyond to change
    dev manager settings and writing new scripts to no success. Only fix has been restarting my computer which is a pain when i'm streaming so I gotta end it and restart everything back up;
