Xbox App : Teredo is unable to qualify

So, recently I tried using the party chat feature of the Xbox app for Windows 10 , after struggling a lot it didn't work. I searched the web for the solutions and found that there may be problem with my Teredo adapter, I came across the guide on the microsoft
website to fix the issue and tried all the fixes listed on it but to no avail. the problem still persists. I tried the network test on another laptop of mine and the Teredo was working fine on that. I don't know whether it is a problem with my laptop or something
else. Working solutions will be appreciated. (This is the network result I get on my laptop).

Thanks for replying to keep us updated. If you're unable to connect to the Xbox server as a result of the Teredo not being able to qualify and you've previously attempted
all of the solutions that were provided by XBF George via the links he gave you, then you may wish to take a look at the earlier posts that I researched and found from our Windows 10 forums as it may be helpful (I'm placing the link below.).

Hi TermedAura,

I stream on Mixer and use the xbox app alot to talk to my friends on xbox. Whenever I get this issue I have to restart my whole computer to refresh it. I have done all the steps listed on powershell with the scripts. I also went above and beyond to change
dev manager settings and writing new scripts to no success. Only fix has been restarting my computer which is a pain when i'm streaming so I gotta end it and restart everything back up;
