    Xbox App streaming - on button push - closes.


    ie. I start streaming - I grab my gamepad (a wireless Xbox One controller) - I start playing a game (say Destiny) and I hit the start button (to look at my abilities) the stream stops (xbox stays on) and I have to restart it again (and it picks up where
    I left off). And this keeps happening over and over...

    Any suggestions?

    xbox app on windows 10 streaming of xbox no longer working

    Streaming from my xbox to my PC via the xbox app no longer seems to work. I have two Xboxes in the house and I will often turn on the xbox downstairs and stream to my laptop. For the last few days when I push the "Stream" button it says I must login on the
    console with "this account." It never used to do this, it would auto log in my gamer profile on the xbox and simply start streaming. Has something changed?

    Shutdown & Restart required using Apps (Netflx, 4OD) After playing games

    I have recently learned that when you go to the homescreen and are on the main app/game tile, you can push the menu button and select close. I think this issue is when the Xbox is using all available RAM and hope it's fixed in a future update. You can also
    close your Recent Apps this way.

    Closing apps by highlighting them on your Home screen, pushing the menu button, and choosing Close or Exit also seems to help

    High Def. DVD player, works/doesn't work-communication problem

    No change... Plugged player into front usb port. Goto apps, push 'button', and the door opens. Insert disk push button again closes. LED continues to flash, dvd spins, but nothing else.

    That is the wierd thing though. If there is no disk inserted 'Button' will open & close. As mant times as you push 'button'.

    But if you put dvd in, it will not reopen, except by pushing eject button.

    Also LED goes from a fast blink to the slow steady blink of opening door.

    Windows 10 preview build 10547 - Xbox streaming broken

    Same issue.

    IMHO it seems like the controller input (bumps, sticks, buttons) is being passed to both the Xbox App & the Xbox One. I can see the Xbox App menu continuously popping up with each stick - left or right - but it all comes down to whenever the B button is
    pressed the stream window closes and it's game over.

    My laptop upgraded to Windows 10 preview build 10547 early this morning 9/19/15.

    Since I have not been able to properly stream via Xbox App (build 16003) & Xbox App Beta (build 16000).

    After contacting to my Xbox, the menu system for the Xbox App is still active -- as if I'm moving my mouse to the top of the screen or I've mouse clicked on the screen.

    I'm able to navigate with bumpers and sticks, but each movement that focuses on tiles results in the Xbox App menu popping up and when I click the B button the streaming window instantly closes because the controller is passing input from the controller
    to the Xbox App rather then the Xbox itself.

    If you have an iOS device, install the app Kinsky.

    It will allow you to browse you media and push it to stream on the xbox one.
