    can someone help me ive tried everything but every time i get the parameter is incorrect or i dont have the permisions even though i do or i go onto the app and press sign in and nothing happens, why did microsoft make this app when it doesent work and
    why cant i just have saves work regardless like before this stupid app came out, also is there an email i can use to complain because i basically have wasted money on this gamepass subscription since i cant even use it

    Press Windows logo key + I on your keyboard to open Settings. If that doesn't work, select the Start button, then select Settings .
    Select Update & Security > Recovery .
    Open Recovery Settings
    Under Advanced startup, select Restart now.
    After your PC restarts to the Choose an option screen, select Troubleshoot > Advanced options > Startup Settings > Restart.
