xbox app steaming to PC freezes for about 1 or 2 seconds randomly

I sometimes have to stream my Xbox to my PC to play, in the past this has worked just fine in fact i have gaming like this for the past 3 years with no problems. however in the past month the video randomly freezes for about 1 maybe 2 seconds. it might do this a few time a minute or i might not see it for 5 minutes, it is random. i am quite tech savey and have tried to figure out what is causing the problem with no luck. my last resort was to wipe windows from my pc and reinstall which i did. and as you can guess from messaging on here, it didn't fix the issue. like i said its been working fine up until now for a few years so my hardware is not causing the issue. the xbox is a series s again is not the problem as it has been working up to this point. the only thing left is the Xbox app itself, whihc is what i need help with.

has anyone seen this before and know of a fix as it is starting to become un playable?

I tried all those commands and although it did find errors and fix them, the original problem i had is still there.

Hello Buford, we haven't seen similar cases here in the community, however did you after reinstalling Windows update to version 22H2?

thanks for your help, however i said in the original post that i have reinstalled windows and it was still not working thats why i posted on here. you already asked me that after reinstalling windows did i upgrade to 22H2. i said yes however the version of windows i installed was 22H2 so i couldn't upgrade . when i installed windows i formatted the hard disk so it is a clean brand new installation and yet this problem was still there.

1 - Type cmd (Command Prompt) in the search bar of the Start menu and then click Run as administrator.

2 - Enter chkdsk /f/x/r/v

The system will ask you if you want to run CHKDSK after restarting the system, press Y on your keyboard and then type "Exit" and restart the computer, it will scan in DOS mode.
