Xbox app sign button not clicking

same thing is happing to me i cant log in to xbox support to get the osu for xbox 1

I finally fixed my issue, it was a failed windows update and I had to actually update my BIOS for the Windows update to push through, then it started working correctly, definitely check that!

I deleted the folders that you recommended and it did not help my issue. When I try to click the sign in button it's almost as if the xbox app refreshes itself and the button does nothing.

it might be that your PC needs a update i had same problem about a month ago and had auto update on and just assumed that my PC was up to date until I checked my settings for what ever reason my computer didn't auto update I'm not sure why it didn't update but after updating it the app worked just fine hopefully that it's as simple of a fix for you as it was for me

Open File Explorer.
Navigate to the following:
C:\Users\[your profile]\AppData\Local\Packages\Microsoft.XboxIdentityProvider_cw5n1h2txyewy\AC\TokenBroker
Delete the Accounts and Cache folders.

Then try to login again, please
