xbox app shows wrong episode

tried to play warehouse 13 season 4 ep 15 but it played as ep 16 of season 4

Xbox Netflix App

I have an Xbox in the living room and a Roku in the bedroom, both of which stream Netflix. Recently, the Xbox Netflix app changed, so that you cannot select a specific episode of a given TV show without starting the show first. With the Roku, on the other hand, you can select the TV show, then select the specific episode, and then play the show. (This is how the Xbox Netflix app used to be.)

Is there any way to change the Xbox Netflix app back, so that you can select the episode you want to watch before starting the show?

Plex for XB1 - Beta coming soon

I just started using Plex and it is the best app on the Xbox One by far. I just deleted the Xbox Media Player app. Plex even scans the Metadata on your downloaded files and it has descriptions and pictures of all of your movies and TV shows. I have even have seasons of Bar Rescue and The Walking Dead and it shows their episode number, what the show is about and a picture showing a scene from that episode. It is easily worth $5 a month.

Going directly to the Breaking Bad Season 6 in my xbox video app didn't show the new episode; had to go to Account Management-->Show Me [Tv Shows] to access the new episode. As of right now, that's the only pathway to episode 3 on my Xbox. Just found this
out today; not sure how long I could've done this.

Same issue audio is correct but the video is the wrong episode, using the movies and tv app on the xbox one, please help was really looking forward to watching this

3 episodes are not showing up on my xbox (episodes 4,5,6) and 1 episode is not showing up on my win8 pc. (episode 6). Please resolve this issue.

UPDATE: On the xbox, when I do a search, episodes 4,5,6 do indeed show up, but they want me to re-purchase the episodes (160 for SD and 240 for HD). I have purchased the season pass so this dialogue should not appear.

All episodes after Episode 13, with the 13 being the episode order given by Microsoft including additional content, not the actual episode name. I've already said this included the last two proper episodes of the show. Also, why does that even matter?
If I've purchased a season pass, why can you just make sure customers have access to every single episode because that's what a season pass is.

Additionally, you made sure to cover that I couldn't download Movies & TV app for my windows 8.1 PC, but didn't give directions
on getting the Xbox Video app back for my windows 8.1 PC.
