Xbox App shows me as 'Online' and doesn't show any games I am currently playing outside of...

My Xbox doesn't register any achievements for any games. Recent games that I've played and completed like The Witcher 3 and Tomb Raider show up in the Achievements app but they are at 0% and all of my other games on there that it show i have achievements
for wont register me getting any new achievements. Some games like Batman Arkham Knight don't even show up in the app even though I've completed that as well. Its not an issue with me being off line while i'm playing them because I have been playing online
multiplayer with a lot of them. and its the same on my brothers profile on the same console.

If anyone can help me out with this I would really appreciate it. Thanks.

Now i cannot play online on any game even outside of the xbox app.

Just tried all that and its not letting me use any online features... Not showing friends, no online games, no online apps, yet when I check the connection it shows I'm online....

I checked on this Xbox, and Xbox live on the console. I checked the app and it doesn't show up. And it doesn't show up online either, which is actually how I found out it was missing.

-I am playing on an Xbox series x

-Current network status is all services are available

-I am only experiencing this issue

The friend list does not show my 123 friends on my xbox, xbox app or the xbox game bar
