Xbox app shows "Available Space: Unkown" while trying to download a game.

Hi above you say the download was 7.08 GB yet when you enter apps etc you show as only having 6.8 GB available?

As the available space is generally rounded up or down I would suggest that you do not have enough space on your hard drive. Please try downloading the game to an external usb device and try again.

The device must be configured as follows:

support.xbox.com/.../usb-flash-drive

Most likely it's a 500gb. It should show how much space is available under Games and Apps.

please try the following:

1. Cancel the current installation so that the game is not showing in the queue
2. Perform a manual power cycle steps like mentioned on the following link, be sure to wait at least 60 seconds before powering on again:

3. Double check your storage if enough is available for the game.
4. Download something else like a demo or other game to see if that downloads fully
5. If the demo or other game downloads correctly, double check if enough space is available for Modern Warfare and if enough storage space is available please try to download it again.

Why are you unable to download the Xbox 360 games? For a while now the 360 games have all been backwards compatible, so if you've claimed them, you should be able to download and play on Xbox One. Do you get an error message, or are they not showing
up as available? I'd check the filters in My Games & Apps for if it's set to now show the 360 games? Are you able to download any 360 games?
