Xbox App shows all friends who are in a game or doing anything else like watching Netflix at ...

This happened recently right after the GT changes. The Xbox App on PC shows all the friends who are playing a game at the "Home". Does anyone else has this problem, and if so what is a fix a could use?

Friend on list shows no achievements/information

i have one friend in my friends list who when i click on them to view and compare information and achievements shows they have none in any games.

the main profile overview has the gamerscore on it, but when i click either on the games, or just a full profile comparison it shows 0 for all his.

frustrating as i am trying to compare how we are doing and to aid us getting things..

any ideas guys?

oh this is on xbox, website and app. Just the one friend, no one elses shows like this

 

Watching Netflix on XBox 360 - suddenly pixellated [Ireland]

Watching Netflix via Xbox 360, recently the picture is very pixellated. My 360 is on ethernet and my broadband speed is fine (tested at 120Mbps). When I click display, the Netflix app shows my speed/resolution as "0.10Mbps/240".

On a PC on the same ethernet network, it's fine. Speed shows as around 64Mbps (showing using Ctrl+Alt+Shift+D). So looks like something wrong with the Xbox 360 app perhaps? Anyone else seeing this?

Hi Aex, We are not seeing other reports on this. Can you please try using the Xbox App Beta to see if your observing the same issue? The beta version is running the latest version, so if your still experiencing this issue please report the issue via the
Xbox App beta using the "Report a problem" located under the smile face in the left NAV bar of the beta app.

I'm having the same issue. Called phone support and was hung up on three times while trying to get information about it. Manually refreshing the app does update your friend's status but it does not auto-update. So after awhile it goes back to saying everyone
is "Home". Please help with this.
