Xbox App says my graphic card isnt compatible with recording clips but it is!

I have an R7 240 2GB vídeo card, whenever I try to record clips the App gives me a link saying the minimum required hardware for recording, the R7 series are shown on the list, but i can't record using the R7 240! Please help me, I need to record some gameplays

Cant record with good graphic card.

I'm having a similar issue, actually. I used to have an older, integrated AMD card that worked just fine with the Game DVR software, but after I upgraded to a stronger Geforce 740 card it told me the PC didn't meet the requirements for recording clips. It
doesn't make any sense because the 740 is clearly a better card, and Microsoft's website says all NVIDIA cards 600 series or higher should be compatible with this function of the Xbox app.

Graphic card apparently supported - can't use DVR to record

Sorry, should have said. In the settings under Game DVR it says "This PC is unable to record clips" and when I open the game bar, the record button is grey and when I click it, it says "Sorry, this PC does not meet the hardware requirements for recording
clips." I doubt it's my laptop seeing as I have an i7 3630QM, 6GB RAM and the graphic card in my OP.

Hey Jason!

Thanks for reaching out to us today. Game clips on Xbox are recorded, edited, and shared from the Game DVR feature associated to the Upload Studio app. The Upload Studio app is the only way to upload and share clips that you recorded from Xbox or Xbox on
Windows 10.

As of right now, I don't think there is a way to convert or transfer your recorded files that are captured using your internal graphics card. All clips are captured using the Game DVR feature and then edited and shared from Upload Studio.

Look over our
Game DVR and Upload Studio on Xbox One article online that goes over how to record and share clips on Xbox.

Hi Echo4Ent,

Thank you for your sincere answer towards my problem.

But I have already tried all the above steps many times, still i did it once more. It didn't solve my problem, but now when I press Record it doesn't give any error code and instead it says
"We Cant Record Right Now.Try Again Later".

P.S.: Does Graphic Card has any relation to recording clips(I also updated my Graphics Driver)?
