Xbox App (PC) Behaving Weird

Hey, I was installing Middle-Earth: Shadow of War, and my Xbox App stopped responding, so I ended the task after waiting for it to work again. The problem arose when I tried to start the installation again and it said I no longer have space, as it still has the non-finished game files in my windowsapps folder, but there's nothing I can see to do about it since I'm an admin and I still don't have access to that folder, and the Xbox App doesn't recognize that the game was even half-installed before it stopped working. If I could please get some help on what to do, either get it to recognize the game is half installed, or to delete the half-game, I'd really appreciate it. Thank you.

So, try this:

Step 1: Click Update & security on the Settings page to continue.

Step 2: Click Recovery and click Get Started on the right to continue.

Step 3: Choose Keep my files to reset your PC.

Step 4: Read the subsequent messages and click Reset.

After the computer has restarted successfully, you have refreshed Windows 10.

The chances are RDR as the 360 version will never work in the Xbox One because Rockstar are so weird over that game. Even when I asked them why they never released it on the PC they behaved weird and I wondered why couldn't they simply answer a simple question.
It wasn't if I asked them about a game still in production.

i have the same issue its rubbish,

waiting for servers isn't an excuse, they own the platform it runs on the PC app shouldn't behave like this mircosoft again just shafting PC players again.
