Xbox app on windows 11 doesn't see my ultimate game pass

checked both companion app and xbox (beta) app. my game pass ultimate is active and rebilling automatically on the 5/11/20.

Microsoft what is going on with this, Did a full reinstall of Windows 11 and every other game launcher works fine, Xbox app is now literally locking up my computer with slow launches and I have to reboot to get out of it. everything I have tried doesn't work, repair, reinstall the Xbox app. Can not use Xbox ultimate on my Windows 11 PC. Was working before I reinstalled everything. Whats the fix?

I don't know what the heck Microsoft means by Estimated Retail Price (ERP) for the old Xbox Game Pass for Console or Xbox Live Gold codes. I'll wait until April 28th, 2022 before I get Xbox Game Pass Ultimate on my Microsoft account. I'll have Walmart.com
or the Walmart iPhone, iPad, or Android apps take care of everything once I'm ready to upgrade to Xbox Game Pass Ultimate. Just like my Norton Security subscription predates Norton 360 and therefore doesn't come with LifeLock, my Xbox Game Pass for Console
subscription predates Xbox Game Pass Ultimate and therefore doesn't come with Xbox Game Pass on my Windows 10 devices on top of my Xbox One X. I'm OK with both of them this way.

Yet, the official press release says that doesn't matter.

"Whether you claimed the previous Disney+ Perk or not, Ultimate members who do not currently have an active Disney+ subscription will be eligible to claim the 30-day subscription trial through the Perks Gallery on their Xbox console, on the Xbox app for Windows PC, or through the Xbox Game Pass mobile app on iOS and Android."
