XBOX App on Windows 10 Message Response Issue

Okay so I hope I'm not the only one with this issue, but here it is:

I run Dual Monitors on Windows 10 Pro x64 and whenever I receive a message my XBOX App is usually on the right screen and the message pops up on the bottom right side of the left screen (Native Laptop Screen), but when I type too many lines the "Send" icon
moves lower than I can click and I've tried to move my taskbar and it will won't show Send.

I have yet to try it with a single monitor and type a lengthy response, however either way it is still an issue I'd like to address just to see if anyone else may have this issue and already tried these troubleshooting steps.

Gamertag is and I'm part of the XBOX Preview Program with I believe 9 year tenure?

On the 360 (or 360 Smartglass app) any message in the inbox will be from the person who sent the message.

If you are using the Xbox App in Windows 10 (or the Xbox One Smartglass app), the messages show up as a conversation with the incoming message on the left, and the response from the receiving account on the right (typically in another color).

HI Jeramy, Are you able to reproduce this issue using the Xbox App (Beta)? Its currently running the latest version. If the issue continues help us out and report this via the "Report a problem" in the beta app by clicking on the happy face icon. Just
go to the store on your PC, search for "Xbox App Beta". Let me know if you were able to report this. In the mean time I will call this out to the developers and request and investigation.
