XBox App on Windows 10 in lagging.

Need help to run the xbox one streaming correctly to playing some games.

In the video you can see the lag.

Changing gamer tag

You can't change a gamertag into a previously owned one but you could sign in to the Windows 10 Xbox app with the old one though.

I tried these steps yesterday but nothing brings it to an usefull solution.

I could try to record a new video with the statistics so you can see what happens on the network side.

I think it is a network issue but i don't at which point.
