Xbox app on Windows 10 displays Just Cause 3 achievements in Japanese

Being they are showing normal on the website, It is most likely just a glitch. You can try to add and remove the profile from the Xbox app.

It's only the achievement names and descriptions. The rest of the game hub is in English, including how many players have the achievements.

Xbox.com is showing the achievements in English.

Reinstalling the Xbox app did not fix the problem.

Thank you for taking the time to post on the forums today. I'd be happy to try and help.

Now this does seem like a pretty odd problem based on everything you mentioned and it's only displaying that game in Japanese for your achievements. Is it only the achievements or is the entire game hub in Japanese?

It's odd that it's only on the app for Windows and all of your language settings are English, have you checked the achievements on Xbox.com?

Re-installing the Xbox app on Windows 10 may be helpful. Here is how:

1. Click Start, and then type Windows PowerShell on the search box.

2. Right-click, and then select Run as administrator.

3. Type the following command to uninstall Xbox app: Get-AppxPackage *xboxapp*| Remove-AppxPackage

4. Hit Enter.

5. Launch Windows Store and download Xbox App.
