    Hi all.

    This is a new build. Win 64 pro. The games work once installed. YouTube and video playback work. When I am in the xbox app and I run the mouse over a thumbnail that initiates a trailer or video demo for the game, the app crashes. If I avoid the areas of
    the screen containing video frames, I can stay in the app, when it crashes it reduces to the task bar. I can install games by selecting them from the search menu, I can play them too.

    It's a GTX 1650 graphics card, I've updated the driver, and the issue is still present. I updated the driver on my MSI z490 pro motherboard and the issue is still present.

    Specification, I5 10600K, 64GB Ram, 1TB M2 Drive running win 10 pro 64 N. All working very well, using logistic mouse software and razor keyboard software. I've killed both of these and the issue is still present.

    I just came across the same issue on a fresh Win10 install. You can stop the crashing by changing an option in the Xbox App. Click your avatar icon in the top right of the Xbox App and go to [Settings] -> [General] and uncheck the "Show Video Preview on Hover" box.

    Why we need to do this on a fresh install of Win10, I have no idea. I'm on Win10 20H2 and fully up to date on my patches at time of writing.

    Hi,

    I have the same problem as OP, tried resetting/reinstalling XboxApp, using the link provided by a dev in another thread to make sure I had the right XboxApp, nothing works,
    as soon as I use my mouse wheel to scroll up or down whenever I MOUSE OVER any of the game on the front page , XboxApp closes, funny thing is the app doesn't crash, it just closes and it's still in my apps in system tray.

    Game pass is great and all, but if I can't access the app itself, not sure if I'll keep using it :/

    I made a short video, hopefully that helps identify the issue, note that during the video, I realized the issue doesn't happen as much when the app is set to full screen, but happens consistently when it's a smaller window. It does feel like the app crashes
    when loading too many web elements in one go, could be wrong though.

    EDIT: After messing around with the store some more, the issue happens consistently whenever I
    MOUSE OVER any of the game on the front page, hopefully that helps in fixing this issue. I also uploaded another video on youtube for clarity.

    Can you use a keyboard and mouse with xbox game stream?

    If you plug the keyboard and mouse in the Xbox, and the game supports them, then you should be able to stream to your Windows 10 device using the keyboard and mouse. Currently as far as i know the app still only supports the controller when connected to
    Windows 10.

    Windows 10, controller connected by cable. Tried to see if there was an update to the xbox app. If you aim to the top right with the right stick, the mouse moves to the "X" to close, and if you press the trigger or select key it closes the app. Unknown how to avoid this.

    Hard drive management is a feature that is currently unavailable bit should be patched in soon. If by thumbnail you mean pin go over to pins and push the menu/start button ans select unpin. If you mean when you go to the My Games and Apps tab and deleted
    apps still being there, they should be moved to the very back so they wont get in the way of everything else. The thumbnail will remain
