    Xbox App on Windown 10 will not allow me to sign in


    Hello, I am unable to sign into my Xbox App, whenever I try the login screen flashes 3 times and then nothing happens.     None of the steps listed there have fixed my problem, and I have tried all of them. When going into settings I can see that the account that is logged into the store is listed, but I am unable to change the account (which I don't want to do but I was just testing random stuff to see if it would work) When trying to switch the store account it said that I could not use my personal account, but only work/school accounts. I have checked my accounts linked to my Xbox and pc and none of them are linked to a school or work account in anyway so I do not know why it is prompting for one.

    Hi! I'm Rostom, an Independent Advisor. I will be glad to help you here.

    Please try to repair the Xbox app. Go to Start > Settings > Apps > Apps & features > Xbox app > Advanced options > Repair. You could also try to reset it.

    If same issue, let’s perform a clean boot. Possible that there’s a 3rd party service blocking its services to start. Performing a clean boot will isolate our issue.
