    Xbox App on W10 Tablet in Car


    The reason I am posting this is to just share what I have been working with when it comes to talking to my friends on Xbox live through my Windows 10 tablet and the Xbox App while driving

    So i have always wanted to have this feature, where i could talk to my friends in parties when I am driving.

    Back in Dec 14, 2017, Xbox released a beta where you could do this through your iOS device, but I also wanted to try it out my way.

    Basically I have a Asus T100 Chi tablet running W10 64bit, which is mounted on my center vent with magnets. I then have my Iphone do a hotspot which allows me to connect to the internet.

    And that is all i need to join parties through my car. I am not sure if this is being done Xbox fans, but I think its pretty cool.

    we all know XB1 is W10 ready and capable.. we all know MS has stated a main part of W10 is cross platform talking... We all have seen the MS release graphic of W10 with a TV, a tablet, a phone and an xbox... Phill Spencer will be at the Windows event,
    on stage to talk about W10.. Phill is head of XB1... Do we have to draw people a picture?

    Once windows 10 drops.... all your concerns will be answered... voice messaging through the XB W10 PC app, cross platform has already been announced. As for background music... as with most... I would prefer my pc or mt tablet playing the music while I

    If you have the Wireless Display (Preview) app installed on the Xbox one (installed when joining preview program) then you can project your w10 PC screen to it, I've used it to stream HD videos from my tablet, but have never tried it with
    a BD, if they are home made then the protection that would normally prevent it from being streamed should not be in place.
