Have you tried to uninstall/re-install the Xbox App?



Here are steps below on how to uninstall and reinstall Xbox app:



1. Click Start, and then type Windows PowerShell on the search box.



2. Right-click, and then select Run as administrator.



3. Type the following command to uninstall Xbox app: Get-AppxPackage
*xboxapp*|
Remove-AppxPackage



4. Hit Enter.



Launch Windows Store and download Xbox App.

I would recommend rebooting your PC and trying again, most likely it is a glitch that a reboot will solve.

I restarted the computer same error

Try restarting your computer then trying again. if that does not work there are a few other options you can try.

It´s so weird i mean im currently logged on this account but i just can´t log in on the pc app, i tried it with the android app and it worked perfectly but it just wont work on pc
