    As title. It worked on my main desktop last week. I have a new laptop which I am currently setting up and I decided to download a few light games on this through the xbox app.

    Downloaded the app, searched through games available on PC, clicked on the game page and where it normally shows "get with gamepass" and "buy now", it only shows the "buy now" so I cannot download through the app. This worked fine last week on my desktop.

    I can download games through the microsoft store as it shows the game pass subscription, but this is a pain and will likely cancel my subscription unless this is resolved.

    Help would be appreciated!

    Hi Linus!

    The Xbox Live Gold and PC Game Pass subscription are two different subscriptions. Those subscriptions only get converted if you had the Xbox Game Pass Ultimate or when you purchase Xbox Game Pass Ultimate while having those in your account. It only applies to Ultimate because it does include already the Xbox Live Gold, Game Pass , and EA Play.

    My girlfriend had recently got game pass ultimate and we said we would gameshare it. Her home xbox is my xbox and my accounts home xbox is on her console. The subscription is only showing up on her xbox and is not transferring to mine also how do i fix this?
    Gamesharing through the "Home" feature does not share the Ultimate subscription. "Home" console lets you play any of her purchased and downloaded games even if they are from Game Pass. Your account will not show as having Ultimate, and your account will not be able to utilize Game Pass PC or cloud gaming. Those features are only for the account that actually purchased Game Pass Ultimate.

    If you buy Game Pass for PC, you're only going to get Game Pass for PC. You would only upgrade to Ultimate if you already have an Ultimate subscription on your account or you specifically purchase Ultimate.

    Check your subscriptions at http://account.microsoft.com and it will show of you have Ultimate or standard. Even with Ultimate, the Xbox app will sometimes just show that you have standard Game Pass for PC.

    Well yes it is ultimate but it says normal game pass on the xbox app.

    My Region is Turkey. And the subscription is being paid with Turkish Currency. Just the language is English UK*. IF it is not available I would like to pay for game pass for PC only then. Since I mainly purchased Ultimate for Xcloud.
