Xbox App on PC treats me like a new customer without active subscription

Hi,

I am unable to play any games on the Xbox App for PC.

I am logged into my account but the app treats me like I would have an active subscription.

I acquired the trial subscription directly from Microsoft and extended it with Codes.

I have 3 months of Game Pass Ultimate subscription.

It works fine on my Android phone.

However, on the PC App nothing works, it wants me to sign up and pay for the subscription, offering me the 1 Dollar trial month but when clicking next it wants 14,99 Dollars.

I am in my second week with the Game Pass Ultimate subscription and nothing works on PC.

This sucks

Anyone has an Idea how to solve this?

I have seen questions on this forum from other users and Microsoft never even replied to them....

Hello, for your issue I will need you to first make sure that you are signed in with the correct account that owns the subscription.

I did what you told me and still stuck at 3 years. I guess it has to do with that whole new tenure policy. I was without gold membership in 2010 as my xbox was broken, for the 2nd time. I guess this is how xbox likes to treat loyal customers.

Xbox 360 app: 20 channel without roger customer

Xbox 360 app: 50 channel within roger customer

Pc app: 50 channel without roger customer

Pc app: 100 channel within roger customer

without roger customer is locked sub and premium.

within roger customer is unlocked sub and premium. (with internet cable from roger box to tv.)

Hi im a random user!

No you cant but your son can go on the account (that has the ultimate subscription) Go in settings, open general, click on customize then click on my home xbox then click activate. When you are done, sign out from that account, log in to another account and play the game from that account together!

Note: This can only work on a xbox console and not on the PC.

The thing is that you can play on a new account because it will have the ultimate subscription without the account. While the person that plays on PC, can play on the account that has the ultimate subscription.

just to be sure, are you using the Xbox (beta) app on the PC to download/install the games?
