    Xbox app on PC not working Please help


    When ever I get on Xbox app on my Chrome book, it just scrolls down and I constantly have to fight it just to text my friends. It will also randomly highlight things like for example I'm texting a friend and the highlight thing goes up to the texts and starts scrolling up so I cant type. Please help I can only find out how to fix this issue on mobile and not PC.

    Sorry to hear it. If the options for the app are not working then please try restarting your PC to see if that helps

    Trouble connecting Xbox Live Companion App to Facebook

    Hi ParanKapur,

    This is was addressed the other day too, a solution/work around was found by another user.

    "I unlinked Facebook completely on the Xbox companion app on my PC.

    I then downloaded the Xbox app onto my phone and connected it using the phone app. it connected fine and the Xbox companion app on my pc then updated with my Facebook linked to it with no further problems. works fine now"

    Please give this a go and see if it helps solve the problem.

    Thank you for posting on the Xbox forums. We understand that the Xbox Companion App is not allowing you to sign in and utilize it. We suggest making sure that

    Windows 10 is up to date    . Also, you can try performing
    a clean boot    . This will start your computer up with a minimal amount of programs to make sure there isn't another program that is interfering with the Xbox Companion App. Be sure to let us know the results!
