    Xbox app on mobile has a log in loop


    I go to use the app (same with the gamepass app) and it ask me to log in. I type my password, its correct, and it starts to load but before i can do anything the pop up returns, asking me to log in. This repeats infinitely. Resetting my password has not
    helped. Im able to log in elsewhere, just not these two apps

    If you refer to the xbox mobile app on your mobile, try logging out and logging in again, and also uninstall and install the app.

    This has been happening to some accounts lately, I reported the issue and await a response, I will update this post as soon as I have new information.

    For now, what has worked was logging in via the Xbox Mobile App or Xbox PC App or in the Console itself.

    To solve the Minecraft issue, please, log into the Minecraft website and download the launcher from there.

    Yeah same thing happened to me as well. I logged out because it was having trouble signing in/connecting to XBL services. I thought logging out and back would help, but now it's stuck on the splash screen trying to load. The same thing has happened with the Xbox app. Xbox app on Android is now stuck in a login loop.

    Strange, try downloading the Xbox Game Pass app on your mobile, log in with the same account that has the ultimate game pass, and try to access the perks through it, see if that works, please.

    Thank you for the clarification.

    Yes, that has happened to me before too. What I previously did is install other Microsoft apps (Office apps like Word, Excel, OneNote) and then make sure to install Xbox app for mobile (Android or iOS). Link: Xbox app for mobile | Xbox

    Before anything else, I made sure my device is updated and all services for the device is updated too. Turn off any antivirus, antimalware, VPN, or optimizer for my mobile.

    I went to logged into to all the apps (Office apps and Xbox app). Followed by logging out of my account on Minecraft for mobile. Logged back in to the account and make sure to be connected to the internet while playing.

    Try that first then let me know if issue persist, so we can check any troubleshooting you may perform. Please post a screenshot of any error message or code you will notice. Please conceal any personal information.
