Xbox app notifications not being recieved

When my xbox receives notifications (achievements, messages, party invites) the app does not notify me like it should. Last year i had a galaxy j7 and all features worked perfectly fine, the i switched to the galaxy s8 and only recieved party invites nothing
else, and now i have the galaxy s10 where bone of the notifications work at all. Ive tried uninstalling the app, turning notifications off and on and various other methods but none seem to work

have you looked in the settings options then notifcations as you can switch which ones you would like to see on and off.

Hi there,

if possible can you also try and see what happens if you install the beta version for the Xbox App, I do believe it's available on the Android store for everyone to download who wants to try it.

I have the same issue, especially with my message notifications. I have an iPhone X however. Every time i change my settings, they return back to default. What in the world is going on??? It worked fine a couple weeks ago.

that app has some issues :S, but you can try to reinstall it, maybe you should be able to recieved notifications for parties, or have you tried to create the party you then invite verybody?

This solution doesn't work. I am having the same issues. Before this new windows update I was able to receive party notifications through the companion app. Now I cannot recieve them through the companion app or the game bar. I guess it should be noted
that you CAN invite people to a party from the companion app and they can join. But for whatever idiotic reason you cant recieve the invite.
