    xbox app not working right


    SO, i am using the xbox app for party chat on my laptop. I got some friends to join the party and the chat audio is the only audio going through the computers speaker instead of my headset even though i have my defaults set to the headset. I try muting
    the laptops volume but leave the headsets volume untouched and that just turns off the audio from the party and nothing else.

    I had the same problem and fixed it like this:

    I went to Settings -> and signed in. You will need to go to a web adress with your computer and copy the passcode to authorize the app and then the streams worked. Without signin the streams did not work for me.

    This 100% worked for me on 360... if you go into the twitch app and scroll over to settings it will ask to link your twitch account through twitch.tv/activate.. as soon as i did that it worked right away... i have not been able to watch twitch in 2 months
    on my 360 so this should be a huge help to the community!!!
