    Xbox app not working on my iPhone


    My xbox app has not been working for like a month, it wont let me sign in, I have an iPhone SE with iOS 11.2.6, my app has the latest version, do I need to update my iOS version or is anything else to do? I have already uninstalled and re-installed and
    restarted my iphone multiple times.

    The IOS Xbox app crashes when I try to sign in.

    I went into general settings on my iPhone and into iPhone storage then found the Xbox app and offloaded it and then reinstalled it there. I then logged in and it worked. Hopefully, this works for others who are having the same issue.

    Hey there Ulises!

    Sorry to hear that you're dealing with this issue trying to use the Xbox app for iOS.

    I would say that if you haven't tried yet, then maybe try it while connected to another wireless network.

    If that does not help out, you might want to contact apple support
    to see if they have any troubleshooting steps that might help from their point of view.

    Have you tried to sign out prior to opening the Xbox App? That could also help, too along with reinstalling. Then try signing back in. Hopefully, that should refresh everything. I had these moments and signing out can refresh things.

    I was able to sign in using mobile data, but after that I can’t access friends, parties, achievements, anything. I guess my cellphone is the problem. Thanks for the help
