xbox app not working on iphone 8 plus

I have an Android, but I ended up downloading the Xbox Beta app a while back. It seems to run much smoother than the original Xbox app.

This is happening to my friend's Iphone X, and noticing it happening to other people with different Iphone models. Reinstalling and normal troubleshoot does not seem to work, my guess is that it's on their end. Hopefully an update comes out soon.

This issue seems to be prominent with iOS devices. The only solutions I can give you is to re-install the application, attempt to use the application on another device or if the issue to still occurs, you may need to wait for the next update to roll out.

Check the app store if theres an update if not do what was previously stated delete and redownload app. Also try to power cycle your phone as well.

I have had this happen a quite afew times. Seems to be down to having too many conversations. Well it has for me anyways, after deleting quite a few conversations the app works fine again.
