Xbox app not opening or reinstalling

Heyy.

I am having an issue that i can not resolve myself, that is where you lovely lot come in.

I'm quite tech savvy but I have recently had an issue with my xbox app (PC) where it wouldn't show the installed games so I attempted to reinstall the app (which has fixed the issue before) but something clearly went wrong this time as the app would not install and now I cant even open the app.

At this point I have exhausted my knowledge and requite some assistance for the lovely world outside my brain. If anyone could suggest a course of action that would help that would be amazing

Heyy,
so i have tried both methods of reinstalling "gaming services" and still no luck. not sure what else to do now

Please try the steps one at a time to resolve the issue.

Solution 1: Repair the Gaming Services app.

Please go to Settings > Apps > Apps Features. Select Gaming Services, then click Advanced options. Click the repair button, do the same for the Xbox app, try launching the app again and see if it works.

Solution 2: Uninstall and reinstall the Gaming Services App

Select the Search icon on the taskbar, type powershell, right-click on Windows PowerShell, and then select Run as administrator.

In Windows PowerShell, type the following command and press Enter:

get-appxpackage Microsoft.GamingServices | remove-AppxPackage -allusers

In the same window, type the following command and press Enter:

start ms-windows-store://pdp/?productid=9MWPM2CQNLHN

Install the app on that page and select Yes when you receive the User Account Control (UAC) prompt.

Restart your device and try to launch the app again and see if it works.

Solution 3:

Please open the PowerShell in admin mode and paste the following below:

Get-AppxPackage -AllUsers| Foreach {Add-AppxPackage -DisableDevelopmentMode -Register “$($_.InstallLocation)\AppXManifest.xml”}

***Update ***

I have solved this issue.

Turns out when I tried to reinstall windows it wouldn't. little did I know i was missing drivers for my WiFi card. I use a hard line so didn't even notice.

I already tried to open the Ubisoft Club app and it doesn't open, it directs to the store, as if to install the app again, so you start the app and again it doesn't open, I already deleted the app, reinstalled it, downloaded it from a store in another
location and does not work,my console is xbox one X.

Xbox game bar still will not open.

I updated my computer

and my Xbox app is version 2201.1001.8.0

Also how do I uninstall the Xbox app then reinstall it?
