    Xbox App Not Logging In


    Hey Everyone,

    I am having trouble logging in the Xbox App and the Xbox Game Pass App. I keep getting “we cannot sign you in…browser must allow cookies”. I have turned on cookies, uninstalled Chrome etc., restarted my phone, turned off my VPN, reinstalled both apps, and I still get the same message. I have cleared the caches several times already. Is there a way I can fix this?

    No worries, mate. Close the Xbox app. Install and log in to the Xbox Companion app, then open the Xbox app and see if your account is logged in.

    Did you ever log into Xbox app? If you ever logged into Xbox app, this tag will be created.

    I see. Could you check if you can log into the Xbox Companion app? You can install the app through the Microsoft Store if you haven't installed it. After logging in, open the Xbox app and see if your account is automatically logged in to the Xbox app.
