Xbox app not loading

So my Xbox app has decided it just doesn't want to work anymore. I click on the app to load it up and get started and it just loads forever. It pops up with the black screen/white logo and pulsates but never actually loads anything. I've gone through reddit, forums, etc looking for a fix and cant seem to find any that will work. Ive tried doing stuff with powershell and cmd prompts like wsreset.exe, resetting all xbox related apps/repairing them, uninstalling then reinstalling, clearing the microsoft.windowsstore_8weky file, troubleshooting, havent done date and time cause that isnt wrong nor has it ever been messed with, scanned, booted in safe mode, checked for updates and downloaded 1 update that wasnt involved with it, and i've gone into Services and made sure anything xbox related was set to automatic instead of manual and anything gaming related was set to automatic and not manual. The only real option I have right now is to completely wipe my pc of everything and try it from there but I'm not going to do that.

Think it's pretty stupid to own Xbox games pass and not be able to use the Xbox app because of microsoft. I originally had a problem with the microsoft store uninstalling my games and I gave up on buying games via the microsoft store and the only reason I want to use the Xbox app is for cloud gaming. The image provided is what im stuck on infinitely and cant seem to escape. I've seen people saying that you need to switch from all friends to favorite but I cant do that because I cant actually get into the app.

Update : I found out that if i right click the xbox app on the task bar in this infinite loading screen, and select any of the options, itll let me into the app HOWEVER it will NOT let me log into the app, refuses to let me sign in and every time i click sign in, nothing pops up and I cant do anything.
